Matt Carroll

Matt Carroll is an experienced sports coordinator and coach currently serving as the Coordinator of Sports for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester since June 2023, where responsibilities include managing the Catholic Youth Organization's budget and overseeing team scheduling. Previously, Matt held various coaching positions, notably as Head JV Baseball Coach at The Aquinas Institute of Rochester and as Baseball Recruiting Coordinator at Finger Lakes Community College, focusing on recruitment and player development. Additional roles have included Market Development Analyst at Parexel, coordinating youth development at Diamond Pro Baseball, and working in health and benefits sales at Paychex. Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
