Austin Ott is an experienced manufacturing engineer currently employed at RoMan Manufacturing since July 2021. Prior to this role, Austin served as a quality engineer at UACJ Automotive Whitehall Industries, Inc. from September 2020 to July 2021, and gained valuable engineering experience as an intern at Autocam from May 2018 to August 2019. During the internship, Austin collaborated with professionals to resolve manufacturing process quality issues, utilized SolidWorks for component design, and gained hands-on experience with precision machining and tooling. Additional experience includes roles in retail operations at Firestone Complete Auto Care and as a porter/greeter at Continental Nissan. Austin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, completed in June 2020.
