Carol Sanchez

Carol Sanchez is a seasoned consultant and Professor Emerita of Strategy at Grand Valley State University, where extensive experience in strategy, leadership, and international business has been utilized to guide managers in both domestic and global organizations. As a member of the Global Learning and Internationalization Task Force, Carol has contributed to enhancing global learning for students across all degree programs. In addition to academic roles, Carol has served as an Independent Board Member for RoMan Manufacturing, Waséyabek Development Company, and First Hand Aid, alongside advocating for women's leadership in higher education through the Michigan ACE Women's Network. Earlier in their career, Carol held the position of International Business Program Director at Catholic Relief Services, overseeing significant developmental programs in Latin America. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University and a B.I.S. in International Business Studies and Economics.
