Enrico Harlander has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Enrico started their career in 2008 at Tehnix as a European Global Product Realisation. In 2009, they joined BKW AG as an Electrical Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Windpark Projekt Engineer. Enrico then served as a Project Manager, overseeing projects related to electrical substations, GIS, transformers, and asset operations planning and steering. In 2017, Enrico joined Romande Energie as the Head of operational asset management for the grid and later assumed the role of Head of Engineering, Operations, and Control. Enrico has been leading and managing engineering, operations, and control functions in their current position.
Enrico Harlander has a strong educational background with degrees in various fields. Enrico completed their Federal Maturity in Science at CESSNOV from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at EPFL from 2002 to 2009. Later on, they attended the International Institute of Management in Technology, Utility Management at Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2014 to 2017.
