Hugo KAEUFFER is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on renewable energy projects and industrial performance. Currently serving as the Responsable département ingénierie CAD at Romande Energie since June 2018, Hugo leads a team of ten that develops comprehensive renewable energy projects, emphasizing commercial development, project management, technical studies, and optimisation. Prior to this role, Hugo held positions including Ingénieur chef de projet Chauffage à distance, responsible for large-scale district heating projects, and Ingénieur Project Manager at LafargeHolcim, where project execution and resource management were key responsibilities.
