Michelle Blum

Michelle Blum is a human resources specialist with extensive experience in the field. Currently, at Romande Energie since May 2023, Michelle manages various HR aspects including recruitment support and employee engagement. Previously, at Perrin Frères SA from March 2017 to April 2023, Michelle was responsible for comprehensive administrative management of employees, onboarding and offboarding processes, family allowance processing, and significant recruitment activities. Early roles included positions as an administrative assistant at Socorec SA and as an apprentice in commerce at multiple organizations. Michelle holds a Federal Diploma in Human Resources and has pursued additional education in personnel management and commerce. Currently enrolled in an advanced course for experts at Haute Ecole de formation profesionnelle, Michelle continues to enhance expertise in HR.
