Nicolas Donain is an experienced energy project manager with a background in engineering and project management. Currently at Romande Energie since February 2020, Nicolas has been involved in the development and execution of microgrid projects, overseeing financing, electrical installations, and site coordination. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager Team Leader at DEC Group, managing a team of nine while handling the design and commissioning of installations, and as a Project Engineer at GE Power & Water, where Nicolas contributed to the realization of large-scale combined cycle power plants in Turkey and the Netherlands, managing technical coordination and multicultural teams. Nicolas holds an Ingenieur généraliste degree from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, along with earlier education focused on industrial sciences and electronics.
