Roxana Stancu has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Roxana started their career in 1996 as an Assistant Manager at Dynamic Design Group SRL. Roxana then worked as an Elementary School Teacher at School no. 175 from 1994 to 1998. In 1999, they joined Tecno-Food Group SRL as an Economist. Following that, they worked as a Financial Coordinator at Fridenson Project Forwarding SRL for a brief period in 2000. From 2002 to 2005, they served as a Finance Manager at NEICO GRUP SA. In 2005, Roxana became a Managing Partner at AIB Experience SRL until 2007. Roxana then joined ProCredit Bank, where they held various roles including Head of the Administration Department, Head of the Branch Network Department, and Head of the Human Resources Department. In 2013, they co-founded BROT Manufactur and served as a Managing Partner and later as a Partner until 2017. Roxana then moved on to APWireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC, where they worked as a Site Acquisition & Development Manager from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are employed as a Project Manager at Romanian Business Consult, where they have been working since 2018. Throughout their career, Roxana has displayed strong leadership and business development skills, as evident from their successful launch and development of a start-up business, resulting in a 300% increase in turnover in the second year.
Roxana Stancu has a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Academia de Studii Economice din București, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. In 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Insurance from the same institution.
In 2007, Roxana participated in a Middle Management Training Program at the ProCredit Regional Academy for Eastern Europe in Skopje, Macedonia. Roxana completed the program within 6 weeks.
From 2008 to 2011, they attended the ProCredit Academy in Germany, where they pursued a Senior Management Training Program for 36 weeks and was granted the degree of ProCredit Banker.
Before their university studies, Roxana Stancu attended the Pedagogic High School from 1989 to 1994, where they graduated as a Teacher.
In terms of additional certifications, Roxana obtained a Project Manager certification from EXELO in June 2019. Additionally, they acquired a Project Manager for EU Funds certification from CRFPA in April 2016.
