Wayne Murschell M.ed.

Wayne Murschell, M.Ed., currently serves as the Executive Camp and School Director at XL Sports World and a Real Estate Agent with Romano Realty. Prior to these roles, Wayne retired as an Elementary School Principal at Aura Elementary School after a successful tenure from 2014 to 2023. Wayne previously held positions as the Assistant Site Director and Sports Camp Director at ESF Summer Camps, where leadership and team management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Wayne worked as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at PITMAN BORO PUBLIC SCHOOLS, emphasizing a student-centered approach to education. Wayne co-founded Keri Golf, a ladies golf bag company, which was sold in 2008. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Recreation from George Mason University, a Teacher Certification from Rowan University, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati.
