Leilani Grant

As a Mississippi transplant to the Atlanta area, Leilani brings over 40 years of unparalleled accounting experience with a focus on building both systems and cohesive teams. Her career includes managing numerous business models in wholesale, retail, and professional services where she has held roles in Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Business Management. Leilani joined Romanoff in 2014 where she built and manages a full-scale accounting department. Named VP of Finance in 2020, she and her highly skilled team successfully developed a full-cycle accounting system that provides accurate financial data and payroll processing.
