Dan Romano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer success leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Owner of Romano's Originals since January 2025, Romano previously held significant roles at WillScot from 2018 to July 2024, including Senior Director of Operations Excellence and Training, and Vice President of Customer Success, where strategic leadership was provided to a team of over 150. Prior roles include Directorship of Operations at ModSpace, overseeing multiple centralized teams and logistics for a high-volume modular building operation. Dan Romano's career also includes project management at Vanguard Modular Building Systems, district operations management at ModSpace, and earlier roles at Barnaby's Of America and Vanguard Group of Investments. Romano is an alumnus of Strayer University and recently completed the Darden Executive Development Program at the University of Virginia in 2023.
