Bill Gavazzi

Bill Gavazzi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare consulting and military engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Romanyk Consulting Corp since October 2016, Bill leads survey teams conducting space utilization surveys and develops strategies to enhance healthcare delivery for regional organizations. Previously, Bill held key roles at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, including Deputy Capital Asset Manager and Capital Asset Manager, overseeing architectural design, construction, and capital asset management for the New England region. Bill’s military background includes significant leadership positions, such as Deputy Brigade Commander in the US Army, where responsibilities included training over 1,000 soldiers and managing director-level staff. Additional experience includes positions at the US Army Corps of Engineers, focusing on engineering and facility management applications. Bill Gavazzi holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Western New England University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.
