Paul Griffiths

Paul Griffiths is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as Global CFO at Testhouse Ltd and Fractional CFO/COO at We Are Rebel Media, both from September 2023 and August 2023 respectively. Since November 2018, Paul has held the role of COFO at Consilience Ventures and Consilience Group, focusing on supporting high-growth B2B start-ups and empowering a venture capital ecosystem. Additionally, Paul serves as Acting Chair at Romco Group, overseeing global trading and processing of non-ferrous metals, and is a Non-Executive Director at West London Collaborative, which addresses local health and social care challenges. Previous mentoring experiences include tenures at L Marks, Microsoft for Startups, and Toucan Ventures. Paul also acted as Interim Group CFO at Nexus FrontierTech, a tech firm specializing in AI integration for financial services. Education was completed at Bethany School in Goudhurst, Kent.
