Elander Graham

Elander Graham has a diverse background in transportation management, with current roles as Director of Transportation for Rome City Schools and Transportation Planning Manager for City of Rome Transit since September 2016. Elander has also served as Route Supervisor and Transit Service Coordinator at City of Rome Georgia since January 2006, overseeing bus operators’ duties. Educationally, Elander holds both an Associate's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Shorter University, earned between 2007 and 2011, along with an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
