Erika Whyte

Erika Whyte has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2003 as a Program Manager/Assistant Program Director for Easter Seals NH/ Harbor Schools Inc. From 2007-2009, they worked as an Office/Lab Manager for NovoBiotic Pharmaceuticals. In 2014, they moved to Batavia Bioservices as a Resource & Facilities Manager. In 2015, they took on the role of Human Resources Manager/ Project Manager for ReproSource, Inc. From 2016-2019, they worked for Q-State Biosciences as a Director of Lab Operations and Laboratory Operations Manager. In 2021, they joined Totus Medicines as a Director Of Operations and Senior Director Of Operations. Currently, they are a Senior Director, Facilities for ROME Therapeutics.

Erika Whyte has a diverse educational background. In 2015-2016, they obtained a Human Resource Management Certification from UMass Boston in the field of Human Resource Management. From 2006-2008, they attended Lesley University for Social Work. Erika also holds certifications from LinkedIn, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the American Red Cross, Triumvirate Environmental, and Stonehearth Open Learning Opportunities Schools. These certifications include Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Notary Public, First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, Hazardous Materials (DOT), and Wilderness First Responder.
