Michael McNamara

Michael McNamara has over 12 years of work experience in the finance and accounting field. Michael began their career in 2009 as an Auditor at Deloitte. In 2012, they moved to Cooney Carey as a Senior Auditor. In 2014, they joined Aileron Therapeutics as an Assistant Controller, later becoming Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant. Most recently, they have been Financial Controller at ROME Therapeutics since 2021.

Michael McNamara obtained their Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) in Accounting from the University of Galway in 2009.
