Tracey Cole (formally Dembro)

Tracey Cole (formally Dembro) has a wealth of work experience. Tracey began their career in 2005 as an Executive Assistant at Sirtris Pharmaceuticals. In 2006, they moved to Tolerx Inc. where they held the roles of Executive Assistant and Manager, Events and Administration. In 2011, they became the Executive Assistant/Office Manager at Blueprint Medicines. From 2013 to 2016, they were an Executive Assistant at both Aileron Therapeutics and Codiak BioSciences. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Business Operations & Operations Consultant at Blue Collar Scientific, LLC. In 2020, they became a Business Operations Consultant at ROME Therapeutics. Currently, they are the Director, Business Operations at Orbital Therapeutics.
