Marco Lui

Marco Lui is the Head of Data Science at Rome2rio, with extensive experience in leading data-driven initiatives to support decision-making and business growth. Before joining Rome2rio, Marco conducted research in Language Identification during their PhD at the University of Melbourne. Marco also has experience in web search and data mining from their internship at Microsoft Research Asia. Additionally, Marco has served as a Platoon Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces and worked as a Research Assistant at The University of Melbourne. Marco's educational background includes a PhD in Computer Science specializing in Natural Language Processing and a Bachelor of Computer Science (Honours).
