Alaa Abou Shaheen

Alaa Abou Shaheen serves as the Director of Operations at Chelsea Grey Building Contracting since August 2016 and has been with Romeo Interiors since April 2012, holding roles as Plant Manager and QHSE Manager, overseeing compliance with ISO standards across joinery, paint, and upholstery sectors. Previous experience includes Health & Safety Manager at Al Rajhi Projects & Const. LLC, managing significant projects in Dubai, and HSE Manager at Thermo LLC, responsible for the Dubai International Airport expansion. Alaa began as an HSE Officer at Thermo LLC, contributing to the Rose Rotanna Tower project. Education includes a B.A. in English from Damascus University and various certifications, including ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor and NEBOSH International Certificate in Safety and Health.
