Rika Pinto

Rika Pinto is the CEO and Founder of Romikas since January 2020 and has taken on various roles including Consulting Kickstart at Bain & Company, Strategy Consultant at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, and Consultant at Nova Consulting in 2024. Rika also serves as a Marketing Intern at Watercress Capital and is a Marketing Committee Member for Asha for Education - Berkeley. With a background as a Professional Singer-Songwriter, Rika has released multiple songs on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music. Prior experience includes a Research Internship at SupportVectors, analyzing the impact of holidays on sales, and serving as Head Student Mentor and Teacher at Brain-O-Magic, where leadership of student teachers in Mathematics was key. Rika is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley, while also studying at the Lee Strasberg School of Theatre and Film.
