Caroline Houle

Caroline Houle has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Partenaire d’affaires at RONA since March 2011, where roles have included Cheffe Acquisition de talents and Conseillère en acquisition de talents. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Elevex as a Représentante des ventes - Chariot élévateur from October 2007 to December 2010, and at SAQ as a Technicienne Logistique et Distribution from October 2000 to October 2007. Caroline is pursuing academic qualifications, currently enrolled in a Certificat in Relations Industrielles at Université de Montréal and a Certificat in Gestion des Opérations et de la Production at HEC Montréal, complemented by a DEC in Logistique du Transport from Cégep André-Laurendeau.
