Darrol Hill

Darrol Hill is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Deployment Technician at RONA since January 2015, Darrol provides onsite and remote second-level support for 57 stores across the province. Previous roles include a Technical Service Analyst at RBC, contributing to the migration of over 10,000 users to a new Voice over IP system and providing desktop support for more than 5,000 users.
