John Minelli

John Minelli is an accomplished District Manager with extensive experience in sales and operations, particularly in retail environments. As the current District Manager for Sales and Dealer Services at RONA since May 2021, John is responsible for driving profitable sales growth and aligning dealer priorities with corporate strategies in British Columbia. Previously, John served as the Director of Sales and Operations at Rogers Communications, where dealership growth and operational excellence were prioritized. Before that, John's career included key roles at Future Shop, where significant improvements in customer experience and inventory management were achieved, and at Costco Wholesale, where leadership of a large team and focus on brand development contributed to substantial sales figures.
