Sheela Desjardins

Sheela Desjardins is an experienced training and development consultant with a strong background in analyzing training needs and creating comprehensive learning strategies. Currently serving as a Conseillère principale in Formation et Développement at RONA since August 2021, Sheela leads the design and development of varied training programs, including in-person, online, and hybrid formats. Previously, as a Formation Consultant at Lowe's Canada, expertise included assessing employee training needs and influencing training solutions. A decade at Banque Laurentienne involved roles in instructional design and human capital development, focusing on employee training, e-learning, and continuous education programs. Sheela holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from UQAM and a Bachelor's in Social Psychology from the Université de Montréal, alongside a Diploma in Communication from Conservatoire Lassalle.
