Kirsten Jane Bechter is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in controlling and business development roles across various companies. Currently, Kirsten serves as the Controller at RONAL GROUP since April 2023. Prior to this, Kirsten held multiple positions at Glas Trösch Group from May 2019 to April 2023, including Controller Business Development and Controller. Kirsten also worked as a Controller at Komax Management AG from March 2013 to April 2019, and previously held controller positions at Multivac Export AG and a junior controller role. Early professional experience includes an AR Analyst internship at Johnson Controls and a bookkeeping position at Swiss International Air Lines. Kirsten obtained a Master's degree in Controlling from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Basel, complemented by an earlier degree in Business from Alte Kantonsschule Aarau.
