Kaitlin Raybon has a diverse work experience in various roles within the social work field. Kaitlin began their career as a School Social Work Intern at the Center for Disabilities in 2011. Kaitlin then worked as a Conversational English Teacher with GeoVisions: Travel USA in 2012. In 2013, they interned as a Social Work Intern at Partnership with Children. Kaitlin joined New Alternatives for Children as a Social Worker in 2014, and later transitioned to Astor Services for Children & Families as a Child and Adolescent Therapist in 2016. Kaitlin then joined Ronald McDonald House New York, first as a Family Support Coordinator in 2017, then as a Family Support Manager in 2018. Currently, Kaitlin serves as the Assistant Director of Family Support at Ronald McDonald House New York, a position they have held since June 2022.

Kaitlin Raybon pursued their education in the field of social work, starting with a Bachelor's Degree from Siena College. Kaitlin attended Siena College from 2008 to 2012.

Later, they furthered their studies by obtaining a Master's Degree in Social Work from Fordham University. This happened between the years 2013 and 2014.
