Fionnuala Power has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Fionnuala is currently working as the People and Culture Director at RDJ LLP, a position they started in June 2022. Fionnuala Power pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance from University College Cork from 1999 to 2002.

Fionnuala then went on to complete a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management at University College Cork from 2006 to 2008.

In 2009, Fionnuala enrolled in Robert Gordon University, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management, which they completed in 2011.

Fionnuala later pursued another Master of Science (MSc) degree, specializing in Personal and Management Coaching, at University College Cork from 2014 to 2016.

Fionnuala Power also holds several additional certifications. These include a 200 Hour Yoga TTC from Himalaya Yoga Valley, obtained in May 2021; TotalSDI Certified Partner from TotalSDI, obtained in March 2019; and Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry, obtained in 2018.

Furthermore, they hold a Certificate in Business & Executive Coaching from Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI), obtained in 2016, and Psychometric Testing and Personality Assessment certifications from The British Psychological Society, obtained in 2015.

Lastly, Fionnuala obtained a 360 Feedback Facilitator certification from Personnel Decisions in 2009.
