James Carnacchi

Jim Carnacchi is responsible for Roncelli’s bidding strategies and achieving the firm’s yearly estimating goals. Daily, Jim works closely with the estimating team and upper management on bid and proposal solicitations. He also oversees Roncelli’s trade partner network, relationships, and prospects.

Jim graduated from Ferris State University in construction management, holds a Michigan Builders License, and is LEED AP certified. He started his career at Roncelli in 1995 as a junior estimator. In his early years at the company, he also worked as a project engineer and as a project manager. Prior to joining the company, Jim worked as a cement finisher and operator.
