Chris Cole has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Chris began their career at Roncelli Plastics in 2007 as an Application Development Manager and worked their way up to become Vice President. In 2018, they were promoted to President and COO. In 2022, they assumed the position of CEO for Roncelli Technologies Group. Additionally, starting in 2023, they joined Chavers Gasket Corp as the Executive Director.
