Giuseppina Pennisi

Giuseppina Pennisi has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Giuseppina is currently serving as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Ronchi Mario SpA, where they oversee financial management, consolidation activities, and HR processes. Prior to this, they worked at ASTELLAS PHARMA EUROPE LTD. as the SAP S4/Hana international project lead, implementing a global operating model across EMEA countries. Before that, they held the position of Business Partner/Financial Controller at ASTELLAS PHARMA S.P.A., where they led the outsourcing and knowledge transfer process of administrative activities. Giuseppina also has experience in the film industry, having worked as a Financial Controller at Europlex Cinemas and as a Finance & Administration Manager at Kinepolis. Earlier in their career, they worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Retail Process Specialist and at Nokia as a Financial Accountant. Giuseppina began their professional journey with professional training at a commercial law firm.
