Henk van der Vaart is an experienced project manager and service coordinator with over 15 years in the maritime industry. Currently serving as a service coordinator at Rondal since May 2021, Henk also manages projects at Henk van der Vaart B & A, a position held since July 2007. Previous experience includes significant roles such as project manager at MV Beija Flor, where Henk oversaw the refit of a 35-meter Feadship, and Esenyacht, where Henk was responsible for critical components in the construction of a 47-meter sailing yacht. Henk's expertise also encompasses project management for various yacht projects, including the refit of canal boats and a 42-meter Ron Holland yacht. Henk van der Vaart's educational background includes studies at the Academy of Arts in Rotterdam from 1978 to 1982.
