Sasha de Graaff

Sasha de Graaff is an experienced project manager and engineer specializing in the maritime industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Service Coordinator at Rondal since April 2021, Sasha oversees maintenance and refit work for high-end yachts. Previous roles include Interim Composite Engineer at Rondal and Yard & Equipment Coordinator at WIND, where direct involvement in offshore supply chain logistics for wind farm components was emphasized. As an Internship Superintendent at WIND, Sasha contributed to the conversion of a cargo vessel to a cable recovery vessel in Singapore.
