Raphael Kroupa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Raphael started their career as a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic in the Austrian Armed Forces, where they completed basic military training and performed maintenance and repair work on various vehicles. After their military service, Raphael worked as an Engineering Intern at Bilfinger, compiling quality assurance documentations and performing vendor quote comparisons. Raphael later joined Bilfinger as a Project Engineer, overseeing the detail engineering and test operation of a large heat pump installation and conducting feasibility studies for flue gas heat recovery systems. Raphael also gained experience as an Energy Assessment Associate at SDSU Industrial Assessment Center, where they conducted energy and productivity audits, identified energy conservation measures, and performed calculations to quantify savings and emission reduction. Raphael'smost recent position was as a Mechanical Engineer at Rondo Energy, where they designed high-temperature insulation components, implemented small-scale prototypes, and provided on-site project support.

Raphael Kroupa's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at the Federal Higher Technical Institute Moedling. Raphael pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and successfully completed their studies in 2013, obtaining a Mechanical Engineering Diploma.

In order to further enhance their knowledge and skills, Raphael decided to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien. Raphael began their studies in 2014 and completed them in 2017.

Continuing their educational journey, Raphael then enrolled at San Diego State University in 2019 to pursue a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Raphael'sstudies lasted until 2021.

Additionally, Raphael obtained two certifications to broaden their expertise. In March 2021, they completed a certification called "Data Science and Big Data Analytics: Making Data-Driven Decisions" from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In April 2021, they obtained another certification titled "Machine Learning, Modeling, and Simulation: Engineering Problem-Solving in the Age of AI" from the same institution.
