Spencer Dahm

Spencer Dahm has a diverse and extensive work experience. They began their career in 1999 at TAP Plastics Inc., where they worked in sales, design, and fabrication. During their time at TAP Plastics Inc., they were responsible for project design and construction, sales, and inventory management.

In 2006, Spencer Dahm had an engineering internship at OmniVision, where they worked with CMOS image sensors and conducted data analysis. They also designed and built mechanical devices and used test equipment for component testing.

From 2007 to 2010, Spencer Dahm worked as an engineering intern at Maxim Integrated Products.

In 2010, Spencer Dahm joined Bloom Energy as a Manufacturing Engineer. Over the years, they held several roles within the company. They were involved in various aspects of product development, including designing next-gen components and integrating them into larger assemblies. They also designed plumbing systems, worked on legacy product designs, and implemented automation systems.

Spencer Dahm joined DuraVent in 2020 as a Manufacturing Engineer III. They worked on manufacturing engineering projects until 2022.

Currently, Spencer Dahm serves as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer and the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Rondo Energy, a position they have held since 2022.

Throughout their career, Spencer Dahm has gained experience in project management, design, manufacturing engineering, data analysis, and automation systems implementation.

Spencer Dahm pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from UC Irvine. Spencer attended the university from 2006 to 2009.
