Ester Krausova

Ester Krausova has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and business intelligence. Ester has held various roles at Universal Music Publishing Group, starting as a Senior QA Engineer in 2014 and progressing to Vice President of Business Intelligence and QA in 2023. Prior to their time at Universal Music Publishing Group, they worked as a Digital QA Specialist at Critical Mass and as a Test Manager for Tokio Marine Insurance Ltd at NTT DATA UK. Ester also has experience in the financial services sector, having worked at Zurich Financial Services and Skandia in software development and systems test roles. Overall, Ester has a strong background in quality assurance, test management, and business intelligence.

Ester Krausova earned a BA in History and Jewish Studies from UCL in 2000. In 2002, they completed their MA in European History from the Central European University.
