Joumana Kharrat

Joumana Kharrat has extensive experience in the music industry, particularly in synchronization and licensing. Joumana began their career in 2005 as a Junior A&R at EMI Music Publishing. Joumana then moved on to various roles at Sony Music Publishing France, including Synchronization Manager for Advertising and Film & TV. In 2013, Kharrat joined Universal Music Publishing Group as Head of Synchronization, Film & TV, and later became the Director of Synchronization. In these positions, they managed creative, licensing, and legal teams, negotiated music rights with partners, and developed commissioned music opportunities for songwriters. Joumana worked closely with A&R, finance, and admin services. Kharrat's expertise in synchronizing music with various media platforms and their strong leadership skills make their a valuable asset in the music industry.

Joumana Kharrat obtained a Bachelor's Degree in French Modern Literature (with a specialization in Cinema) from Université Paris-Sorbonne, completing their studies from 2000 to 2004.
