Kelly Rotert

Mr. Rotert has spent his entire 38 year career in the geotechnical engineering and materials testing field, starting with a small firm called Patzig Testing in Des Moines Iowa. Kelly moved to Kansas City 1n 1994 after Patzig was acquired by Huntingdon Engineering. Prior to joining Rone, Kelly spent 25 years with PSI, leading efforts in 5 states across the Midwest. Kelly is a graduate of Iowa State University where he received his BS in Civil Engineering. Go Cyclones!! During his extensive career, Kelly has worked on over 15,000 projects all over the Midwest including major sport stadiums, arenas, high rise office buildings, airports, bridges, highways and pretty much everything in between.

Mr. Rotert is currently the Executive Vice President for Rone and has responsibility for growing Rone’s service capabilities outside of Texas. Mr. Rotert is a current member of ASCE, DBIA and ACI and has served on various committees in each over the years.
