Mona Blaute

Mona Blaute has extensive work experience in the market research industry. Mona is currently working as the Deputy Director of Projects at RONIN International since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Operations Director at Walnut Unlimited from December 2017 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing various operational aspects and teams within the operations department. Before joining Walnut Unlimited, Mona worked at ICM Direct for a significant period. Mona held the positions of Deputy Managing Partner from March 2015 to November 2017 and Production Director/Head of Project Management from May 2001 to February 2015. During their time at ICM Direct, they played a crucial role in managing internal and third-party accounts, ensuring the quality of deliverables, managing budgets, and winning new business. Mona also had a deep understanding of client project requirements and effectively led a diverse team to deliver successful outcomes while supporting the development of team members.

Mona Blaute holds a Master's degree in Linguistics, Psychology, and History from Bielefeld University.
