Becca Shell

Becca Shell, NCC, LCAS, LCMHC-A, has extensive experience in counseling and jewelry design. Currently serving as a Community Volunteer at Roof Above since November 2020, Becca previously worked as a Contracted Counseling Professional at Choices for Recovery from January 2019 to November 2020 and gained practical experience at the SABER Program of the Urban Ministry Center. Becca holds a Master's degree in Counseling with a focus on Addiction Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. Additionally, Becca Shell has been a Jewelry Designer since 2007, creating unique pieces marketed through home shows and local boutiques in Charlotte. Prior to counseling, Becca worked for ten years in Human Resources at Arthur Andersen, including roles as Manager and Audit Senior.
