Marlo Featherson, MA, QP, has extensive experience in social services and operations management within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Shelter Services at Roof Above since November 2018, Marlo oversees the delivery of essential shelter services, ensuring facility operations run smoothly and safely. Previous roles include Shelter Supervisor and Day Services Supervisor at Roof Above, Residential Coach at THOMPSON Child & Family Focus, Life-Guardian at The Arc of North Carolina, Social Services Director at Hunterwood Nursing Center, and Human Services Specialist at the Department of Social Services. Marlo holds a Master's degree in Counseling/Criminal Justice from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Gardner-Webb University.
