Kévork Kokmanian

Kévork Kokmanian has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2006 with Intact Financial Corporation, where they held the role of Director of Compliance (Intact Investment Management Inc.). In 2007, they moved to Nichromet Extraction Inc. as CFO, followed by CFO roles at PT Healthcare Solutions Corp. in 2008 and Samcon Inc. in 2013. In 2014, they joined Business, Financial and Management Consulting as a Management Consultant. In 2015, they held the role of Director at large at The Arthritis Society, and in 2016 they became a Part time CFO at Unito. In 2018, they joined Roof AI as Director of Finance. Throughout their career, they have provided financial counsel on major strategic initiatives, managed all financial tasks, overseen accounting and finance related matters, and implemented cloud based accounting software.

Kévork Kokmanian received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Kévork also obtained the Chief Compliance Officers Qualifying Examination from the Canadian Securities Institute in May 2013, the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Course from the Canadian Securities Institute in April 2007, and the CPA, CA from the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec in February 1987.
