John Moehlenhof

John Moehlenhof is an accomplished accounting and compliance professional with extensive experience in sales and use tax compliance across various industries. Currently serving as a Compliance Coordinator at The Roof Depot, Inc. since July 2020, John oversees the filing and securing of contractor licenses while managing insurance policy files and claims. Previously, John held roles such as Sales and Use Tax Accountant at Century Fire Protection and Sales & Use Tax Manager at Exide Technologies, where efficiency in tax compliance and response to inquiries were key responsibilities. Earlier work at SunTrust Bank and other organizations further solidified John’s expertise in tax compliance and filing for multifaceted businesses. An alum of Illinois State University, John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
