Ron Heath

Ron Heath has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. 👉Ron started their career as a Real Estate Asset Manager at Foundation Development, where they managed a portfolio of over 5,000 multi-family units and led multiple projects from construction to completion. 👉Ron then worked as a Construction Project Manager at Julian LeCraw & Company, overseeing a $20 million student housing project. In 2006, they joined Kennedy Capital Group as a Real Estate Development Manager, where they led development teams and facilitated property acquisitions and disposals. From 2008 to 2020, Ron worked at The Roof Depot, Inc., where they held multiple positions, including Senior Vice President of Southeast and Southwest, Safety Coordinator, Fleet Manager, and Marketing Manager. In these roles, they managed large project contracts, supervised employees and subcontractors, directed financial goals and budgets, conducted safety audits and training, coordinated accident investigations, and implemented marketing strategies. Ron has a strong background in project management, real estate development, and leadership.

Ron Heath received their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Florida State University, which they attended from 1999 to 2003. During the same period, they also obtained two minors: one in Law and Society and another in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. Additionally, Ron Heath has several certifications, including a Georgia Roofing License from RSMCA of GA obtained in April 2019, an OSHA 30 Hour certification from The University of Texas at Arlington obtained in April 2017, and Procore certifications in both Subcontractor and Superintendent from Procore Technologies obtained in March 2016. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in Introduction to Programming Using Python, Web Design, and Search Engine Optimization from Kennesaw State University in June 2012. In February 2012, they obtained an OSHA 10 Hour certification from Georgia Institute of Technology. Ron also holds certifications in Business Analysis with Excel and Excel Formulas and Functions in Business from Emory University obtained in October 2007 and August 2007 respectively. Finally, they obtained certifications in Fair Housing Laws, Public Administration, and Urban and Regional Planning from the Fair Housing Institute and Florida State University in February 2004 and May 2003 respectively.
