Jeff Grieser is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in various accounting roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as an Accounting Specialist at Roof Maxx since November 2020, Jeff previously held positions such as Contractor at Clark Schaefer Consulting and Senior Accountant at both BlastOne International and RUSSULA Corporation. As the sole accountant for RUSSULA Corporation, Jeff managed all US accounting operations for a company with significant annual sales. Additional experience includes senior accounting roles at Dimension Service Corporation and auditing for US Reports and Overland Solutions, as well as foundational financial operations leadership at Step By Step Academy. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Marketing from The Ohio State University.

Mike Feazel is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Roof Maxx Technologies. Mike co-founded Roofers Success International, wrote a monthly column for Roofing Contractor Magazine, and was featured on the cover of Successful Contractor Magazine—titled—Elevating An Industry. Todd Feazel is the co-founder and EVP of Manufacturing at Roof Maxx Technologies. Todd sat on the National Advisory Council for North America's largest roofing manufacturer, helping design one of the first Certified Contractor programs in the country.
