Christopher Algiene

Christopher Algiene has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the pest control industry. From 2002 to 2019, they worked at Terminix, where they excelled and earned eight promotions. As the Senior Director of Operations, they oversaw the Western Division, consisting of 38 branches and over 1,450 employees. Christopher achieved significant success in growing the customer base, generating substantial annual revenue, and reducing safety incidents. Christopher prioritized talent acquisition, employee retention, and engaged directly with associates to achieve these goals. Prior to this role, they served as the Division Sales Manager, where they led a team of over 250 sales members, achieving an 11% increase in annual revenue. Additionally, as the Divisonal Commercial Sales Manager, they directed a B2B sales team and successfully increased recurring business. Earlier in their career, Christopher served as a Regional Operations Director, overseeing multiple branches across highly competitive regions and achieving substantial revenue growth. Currently, they are working at Roof Rx® in an Operations | TQM role, focusing on revenue growth and scaling the business, while also implementing Total Quality Management practices.

Christopher Algiene has pursued their education in the field of Business Administration, Management and Operations from Colorado State University Pueblo. Christopher further obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their formal education, Christopher has also completed an Operations Management Certification - Educational program from the University of P in August 2020.
