Roofbase
Roofbase is your local independent Roofing Merchant. Roofbase started trading on the 1st of March 2017, when our first branch opened in Swansea. Over the next few years, we continued to open new branches, with our ninth branch opening at Ashton Vale, Bristol on the 1st of March 2022. Each of the nine Roofbase sites is run by a Branch Manager who has a vast experience of roofing knowledge. Customer Care Much is talked in business about customer care without being actioned, but at Roofbase we are totally focused on customer care. Our Branch Managers are empowered to run their sites as a local business that provides exceptional customer service. Deliveries Each site has a fleet of vehicles to help ensure that we can deliver product to our customers where they want it, when they want it. Training We know that to be able to offer expert support to our customers, our teams need to regularly receive training to keep their knowledge at a high level. We have a training programme which includes both personal development and regular product awareness training. We also offer customer training on new products. New products We work closely with the leading industry brand suppliers of roofing products and are continually looking for the next trend of products that will assist our customers in offering an enhanced service to their customers. Price updates Over the past couple of years, price increases have become more frequent than in previous years. We understand the impact that can have on our customers, particularly if increases occur after they have quoted for a job, and before they have purchased the products. For that reason, we look to maintain our prices whenever we can and provide updates on social media and on our websites when an increase is unavoidable. Keeping our customers informed As well as updating our customers on price movements, we use social media and our website to keep you updated on new legislation and new emerging products.
