Rachel Umholtz has a diverse background in customer service and sales, having worked at RoofConnect since April 2015 in various roles including National Account Coordinator, National Account Representative, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to RoofConnect, Rachel gained experience in sales as an Inside Sales and Sales professional at Terminix from 2012 to 2015. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences from the University of Arkansas at Monticello.
