Mike Flores

Mike Flores is a seasoned professional in the roofing and restoration industry, currently serving as the Founder of Roofing Academy X since November 2023. Previously, Mike held multiple leadership roles at Restoration Builders Inc. from September 2019 to October 2023, including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mike founded The Roofing School of Illinois, which educated over 900 roofing contractors with a remarkable 97% pass-through rate, ensuring they become licensed roofers through elite instruction. From 2009 to September 2019, Mike was the President/CEO of NRC, overseeing the company for a decade before its sale to Restoration Builders. Earlier in the career, Mike served as Senior Director of Marketing at World Financial Group from 1999 to 2008. Mike holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
