Tupac de la Cruz is an accomplished manager and co-founder at Zurqui, LLC, where since October 2017, responsibilities have included leading acquisitions analysis, budget planning, and managing construction of distressed multi-family properties in Houston, TX, and Louisiana, as well as securing financing through leveraged transactions. As Operations Director and Partner at Roofing Solutions LLC since February 2004, Tupac has overseen technical operations and played a crucial role in significantly increasing production capacity. The foundation of Roofing Solutions in 2004 led to its recognition as one of the top 35 Commercial Roofing Contractors in the U.S. Tupac has also been actively involved with the National Roofing Contractors Association as a board member from 2015 to 2018. Tupac's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and an Executive Program from the NRCA Future Executive Institute.
