Currently serving as an Account Manager at RoofLogic since January 2016, Josie develops and maintains customer relationships across the US and Canada. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Administration at Zenith Roofing Services, LLC, where Josie focused on client servicing and operational management to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, during a concurrent position as Account Manager/General Manager at Christmas by Zenith, Josie managed a portfolio of accounts, successfully acquired new business, and oversaw the design and execution of commercial holiday lighting projects.
