Josie Jones

Josie Jones is an experienced account manager with a strong background in customer relationship management and technical support. Currently serving as an Account Manager at RoofLogic since January 2016, Josie develops and maintains customer relationships across the US and Canada. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Administration at Zenith Roofing Services, LLC, where Josie focused on client servicing and operational management to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, during a concurrent position as Account Manager/General Manager at Christmas by Zenith, Josie managed a portfolio of accounts, successfully acquired new business, and oversaw the design and execution of commercial holiday lighting projects.
